The pilot uses an individual kknockknock login. It stores your saved events, boards, planning and post-event notes, attendance status, booking details, reminder preferences and contact records so the workspace can work across sessions. Contact form messages go to the private admin inbox.
Excel and PDF reports are created from your personal workspace and include any booking and note details you choose to record. Keep downloaded copies secure. Calendar alerts work after you add the downloaded event file to your calendar; scheduled email and text messages are not sent by the pilot.
Event detail views and official website clicks are counted by event for the admin; the metric record does not include a visitor identity. There is no payment collection or paid advertising in the pilot.
The operator must finalize the privacy notice, service terms, retention process, billing terms and support contact for the markets where the product will be sold. Those commercial policies are not presented as complete in this pilot.
